Prof. Chukwuemeka Eze
Former Vice Chancellor, University of Nigeria. 25 years in academic leadership and governance.
We are a team of educators, strategists, and researchers united by one mission: to elevate educational institutions across Africa and beyond.
To provide transformative educational consultancy that equips institutions, educators, and researchers with the strategic frameworks, skills, and tools needed to achieve measurable, sustainable academic excellence.
To be Africa's foremost educational consultancy, recognized for catalysing institutional transformation and producing world-class graduates, educators, and researchers who drive continental development.
Scholars Link was founded in 2014 by a collective of university professors, school administrators, and education policy specialists who saw a critical gap: institutions across Nigeria were hungry for transformation but lacked structured, evidence-based advisory support.
What began as a small research advisory practice in Lagos has grown into a nationally recognized consultancy, with engagements spanning K-12 schools, polytechnics, federal universities, and state education ministries across 36 states and 12 countries.
Our approach is unique because we understand education from the inside. Every consultant we deploy has worked within an academic institution — as a teacher, principal, academic director, or researcher — before advising on one.
Our engagements are led by scholars and practitioners drawn from leading universities, government education boards, and international development organisations.
